Dear citizens of Uganda and all visitors from across the globe, I welcome you to Makindye Ssabagabo Municipal Council web portal. The Municipal Council management is charged with efficient and effective public service delivery.

As a municipal council, we are also tasked with a mandate to guide the established structures and local government systems in all operations, strengthen strategies to ensure that government policies are implemented and created public ordinances are executed for effective coordination and service delivery systems management.

We ensure that all lawful Municipal Council resolutions are effectively implemented.

For effective human and time management, Makindye Ssabagabo Municipal Council has instituted availability charts for Head of Departments and other key offices. Management has also instituted a new reporting format that is embedded with a more result identification menu for the departments and Lower Local Governments.

Monitoring and supervision of Municipal, Divisions and central government projects are all done in a coordinated manner for both the political and technical sectors and this has minimized duplication of work and time wastage.

The department is charged with strengthening weak departments through constant supervision and guidance.
