PREAMBLE

I have the honour to present to our clients the Municipal Council Clients Charter that has been thoughtfully and carefully prepared through a participatory approach to inform our clients the urban services they expect from the Municipal Council and how to lodge their dissatisfaction during the course of implementation for improvement.

The Municipal Council Clients charter spells out the Key Result Areas (KRAs) that focus on cost­effective demand driven urban services by our clients. It also highlights our commitments, our obligations, our principles, core values, service standards, clients' rights and obligations as well as the feedback mechanisms for the clients to appeal in any case of any complaints against our commitments and service delivery standards.

We are committed to ensuring that the Clients Charter is executed with the utmost professionalism, accountability and diligence to the satisfaction of our clients for a better Makindye Ssabagabo Municipal Council.

Together, we can make Makindye Ssabagabo Municipal Council a modal one in urban service delivery
