Dissemination of 2024 National Assessment Results
Makindye Ssabagabo Municipal Council participated in the 2024 OPM National
Assessment with the overall score of 56.6%. The specific scores and ranks for the
different assessment areas are shown in the table below;

This result had an impact on the grant allocations, of which the Discretionary
Development Equalization Grant (DDEG) was reduced by 44million but however, the
Municipality was compensated with Education Development Grant of 10.5million and
24.6million for Health Development Grant in this current FY2025/26.
