Upon retirement of Mr. Richard K Monday, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Service assigned Mr. Otimong Moses as Town Clerk to the Municipal Council. He was warmly welcomed by the technical staff and political leaders in January 2026 when he assumed duty.
Mr. Richard K Monday, handedover office to Mr.Otimong Moses on 24th January 2026 and was later treated to a luncheon at hotel 360.
